In 1996 Sara started in Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator and Marketing Representative in Riverside County, Ca. working the cities of Corona, Riverside, Moreno Valley, Norco and Perris.

In 2001 Sara started at Brubaker Culton as a Transaction Coordinator and shorty after studied for and passed her Real Estate Exam. She works Residential, Manufactured Homes, Commercial and Land.

Sara has successfully closed several Short Sales which closed at 90% of asking price. She has experience managing Commercial and Residential rentals as well.

Sara recently obtained an REO account with a prominent bank serving California and has recently moved to Coldwell Banker Kivett Teeters and look forward to a productive future with them.
